We are just steps to the beach too, in this pet-friendly 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. The beach access is roughly 100 yards from the house. Plenty of room for parking for your cars, boat, and trailer; and there is even a golf cart parking space too.

Completely renovated and ready for the upcoming season. Large bedrooms with enough beds to sleep, 12 people. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, Bedroom 2 has two queen size beds, Bedroom 3 has two full-size beds and Bedroom 4 has a King size bed. Large screened-in front porch with rocking chairs. Large living room and dining area both offer 55" flat screen tv's in each. All bedrooms have 40" flat screen TVs.

Beautiful kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops. Wireless high-speed internet. Laundry room with full-size front load washer and dryer. Lovely, covered outdoor space on the ground level to enjoy the beach life in the shade and hang by the swimming pool or enjoy the outdoor shower. Feel free to bring along your best friend too, because we are . This is the perfect place to make your family beach memories at the beach in our house that we call "Aboat Time".
